Hats, apparel and branded goods for businesses — designed, digitized and embroidered in my California studio.
From company hats and employee gear to corporate events, merch drops and client gifts, I help businesses put together products that fit the project instead of defaulting to the same basic promotional options.
If you already have established brand artwork, send it over. If you're starting with an idea, I can help with the product, design, embroidery setup and production.
Branded merch starts with the product
There are plenty of places that can put a company logo on a basic promotional hat.
I start with the product itself.
I source hats, apparel and accessories across different profiles, fabrics and price points — including 5-panel hats, corduroy, rope caps, performance styles, heavyweight garments and other options you may not find in a standard promotional catalog.
From there, I look at how the artwork, thread colors, placement and product work together.
The goal is to make branded merchandise that fits your business and the people you're making it for.
Custom company hats
Hats are a major part of what I do.
Choose from structured and unstructured 5-panel caps, truckers, dad hats, rope hats, corduroy, performance styles and other hat options selected for embroidery.
Your logo or artwork is prepared specifically for the hat, fabric and placement being used.
Custom embroidered company hats work well for employee gear, company stores, client gifts, trade shows, conferences, corporate events, field crews, restaurants, hospitality, product launches and branded merchandise.
More than hats
Your branding doesn't have to stop at headwear.
I can also source and customize heavyweight hoodies, canvas totes and other products that make sense for your project.
If you're looking for something specific, tell me what you have in mind.
Have a logo? Send it.
You don't need to provide an embroidery file.
Send the best artwork you have and I'll review it for the product and placement you're considering.
I handle the digitizing and embroidery preparation here, including stitch direction, density, underlay, sequencing and the other decisions required to turn flat artwork into embroidery.
If your logo contains details that won't reproduce cleanly at embroidery size, I'll let you know and recommend what needs to be adjusted.
Don't have a design? I can do that too.
Not every project starts with finished artwork.
Maybe your company has a logo but wants something different for a merch drop. Maybe you're planning a retreat, launch, tournament or event and need artwork specifically for it.
I can create custom artwork around your business, event, location, theme or existing brand identity and build it with embroidery in mind from the beginning.
Small studio. Serious production.
La La Land Embroidery is an independent embroidery studio, so your project comes directly through me from artwork and digitizing through embroidery production.
That works well for smaller projects, but it doesn't limit the studio to small quantities. Multi-head embroidery production and wholesale sourcing allow me to handle larger business, organization and event orders as well.
How business orders work
1. Tell me about the project
Send the products you're considering, artwork if you have it, desired embroidery locations and any deadline or event date.
2. Choose the right products
If you're not sure what to use, I can help narrow down hats, apparel or other products based on your brand, budget and intended use.
3. Artwork & digitizing
I'll review your artwork and prepare it for embroidery. If you need artwork created or modified, I can help with that too.
4. Review the details
Artwork, products, quantities, thread colors and placements are confirmed before production.
5. Production & shipping
Most custom orders take about 2 weeks of production time before shipping. Larger or more involved projects may take longer. Shipping time is separate from production time.
Need help choosing what to make?
You don't need to know exactly which hat, fabric or embroidery setup you need before reaching out.
Tell me who the pieces are for, what they're being used for, roughly how many you need and the look you're going for.
I can help narrow the options from there.
