Every order is embroidered to order in my California studio. Most custom orders take about 2 weeks of production time before shipping, while Store designs that are already prepared for embroidery usually take 2–3 business days. Shipping time is separate, so plan for both.
Production Times
Most custom embroidery orders take about 2 weeks of production time before shipping.
Production can include product sourcing, artwork preparation, digitizing, proofing and embroidery. Larger projects, holidays and busy seasons can take longer.
Designs from the Store that are already prepared for embroidery can usually be produced much faster, often within 2–3 business days before shipping.
Every custom order gets a digital proof before production, except designs created and approved through the online Customizer.
Shipping
I ship nationwide across the USA using USPS and UPS. Which carrier and service I use depends on the package size, destination and how quickly the order needs to arrive.
Every order ships with tracking, and products are packed appropriately for the size and contents of the order.
Shipping time starts after production is complete, and the production times listed on this site do not include carrier transit time.
I do not mark up shipping.
Smaller orders receive a calculated shipping rate at checkout. Larger orders are quoted individually because package size, weight and the number of boxes can change depending on the quantity and products being ordered.
For larger orders, use the custom quote form so shipping can be reviewed before the order is finalized.
For shipping to Canada, contact me before ordering.
Shipping Protection
Some carrier services include limited coverage, while additional protection may be available for higher-value orders.
If you are placing a larger order and want additional shipping protection, let me know when requesting your quote.
If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, contact me as soon as possible with your order number and photos if applicable so I can review the shipment and help with the carrier claim process.
Rush Orders and Deadlines
Rush production may be available depending on the project. It depends on the current production schedule, the products needed and whether the required blanks can be sourced in time.
Sometimes there is already enough room in the schedule to meet a closer deadline without a formal rush.
Rush orders must be approved before you place the order.
If you have a deadline, whether it is for a wedding, tournament, corporate event, launch or another date-specific project, contact me with:
- the products you need
- the approximate quantity
- the embroidery details
- the actual event date or deadline
I will let you know what is realistically possible.
Ordering early is always recommended, especially during busy seasons and holidays.
Product Availability
Many of the products on the site are sourced from wholesale suppliers, and inventory can change daily.
If a color, size or style becomes unavailable, I will contact you before moving forward so we can find the best alternative.
For large orders or projects involving multiple products, use the custom quote form so product availability, production timing and shipping can be reviewed before the order is finalized.
Questions About Timing?
If you have a deadline, contact me with your event date and a general idea of what you need.
If you are planning a larger order, multiple products or a more involved project, use the custom quote form so I can review the products, quantity, artwork, availability and timeline together.
