Made-to-Order & Final Sale

Everything I sell is made to order. Whether you're buying one of my existing designs or placing a fully custom order, production starts specifically for your purchase, not from finished inventory.

Once an order is placed, sourcing, artwork preparation, digitizing and production may begin at any time. Changes or cancellations should be requested as soon as possible. Once a proof has been approved, blanks have been ordered, or production has begun, the order is final and can no longer be canceled or changed.

That includes returns or exchanges due to:

  • Incorrect size or fit
  • Change of mind
  • Color or style preference
  • Incorrect options selected at checkout
  • Spelling, dates, wording, artwork or other details you provided
  • Minor differences in color, placement or appearance that are normal in embroidery and textile production

Please review product descriptions, sizing, colors, quantities, personalization and all other selections carefully before ordering.

Custom Orders

Custom embroidery is created specifically for your project and can't be restocked or resold. You're responsible for reviewing and approving the details before production, including artwork, spelling, dates, thread colors, styles, sizes, quantities, placement, and any mockups or proofs I send.

Once an order is placed, sourcing, artwork preparation, digitizing and production can begin at any time, which is why custom orders can't be canceled, returned or exchanged.

Custom orders typically take about 2 weeks of production time. Busy seasons, holidays and larger projects can take longer. Production time and shipping time are separate.

If I Made a Mistake

I inspect my work before it leaves the studio. If your order arrives damaged, has a production defect, or I made an error that differs materially from what you ordered or approved, contact me within 7 days of delivery.

A Note on Embroidery Variation

Embroidery is stitched with thread on physical textiles, so slight variations can occur. Small differences in stitch placement, garment construction, fabric texture, thread appearance, or color compared with a screen or product photo are normal and aren't considered defects.

Questions Before Ordering?

If you have any concern about sizing, fit, materials, colors, artwork, or whether a product will work for your project, contact me before you order. I'd much rather answer a question beforehand than have you order something that isn't right for what you need.
