Custom hats and embroidered goods for weddings, wedding weekends, bridal parties, bachelor and bachelorette trips, welcome events and celebrations — designed, digitized and embroidered in my California studio.
If you already know what you want, send the details. If you're starting with a date, destination, colors or a general idea, I can help build the design and choose products that fit the event.
Make something specific to the wedding
Wedding merch doesn't have to stop at basic “Bride” and “Groom” hats.
It can be a custom crest, initials, venue illustration, destination, date, family name, inside joke or original artwork created around the event.
I can help match the artwork with hat styles, fabrics, colors and embroidery that fit the look you're going for — clean, vintage, playful, simple or somewhere in between.
Custom hats for the whole wedding weekend
Embroidered hats can work across more than just the wedding day.
Welcome Parties
Custom hats for guests arriving for the weekend, destination events and casual opening-night gatherings.
Bridal Parties & Groomsmen
Matching or coordinated pieces for the people closest to you.
Bachelor & Bachelorette Trips
Custom artwork, locations, dates, phrases and group designs made specifically for the trip.
Wedding-Day Getting Ready
Easy pieces for the bridal party, groom's party and behind-the-scenes moments.
Reception & After Party
A more casual option once the formal part of the day is over.
Wedding Favors & Guest Gifts
Custom hats can work as a useful keepsake guests can continue wearing after the event.
Different hats create different looks
You aren't limited to one basic promotional cap.
Choose from styles including:
5-panel hats · Dad hats · Trucker hats · Rope hats · Corduroy · Structured and unstructured styles · Specialty fabrics
A soft unstructured cap gives a more relaxed look. Corduroy adds texture. A structured 5-panel gives artwork a cleaner front area.
If you're not sure what fits the event, tell me the look you're going for and I can help narrow down the options.
Don't have a wedding design? I can create it.
A lot of couples don't start with finished artwork.
That's fine. Some of my favorite projects have started with nothing more than a rough idea or reference.
Send whatever you already have:
Wedding invitation · Monogram · Venue · Color palette · Destination · Names · Date · Mood board · Reference images · Fonts you like
Or just explain what you're planning.
I can create custom artwork specifically for the project and build it with embroidery in mind from the beginning.
That could be a simple monogram or something completely custom around your venue, destination or wedding weekend.
Already have artwork?
Send the best file you have.
You don't need an embroidery-ready file or any knowledge of digitizing.
I'll review the artwork and prepare it specifically for the product being used. If something is too small, detailed or complicated to reproduce cleanly with thread, I'll recommend adjustments before production.
Make them matching — or don't
Not every hat has to be identical.
Depending on the project, different hat colors or styles can often share the same artwork while still looking like part of the same group.
That can work well for:
Bride and groom variations · Bridesmaids and groomsmen · Different wedding-party groups · Guest hats · Color-coordinated wedding palettes
If you're considering several hat colors or product styles, include that when you contact me.
More than hats
Hats may be the centerpiece, but they don't have to be the entire project.
Depending on what you're planning, I can also help with embroidered:
Canvas totes · Heavyweight hoodies · Apparel · Bags · Other event pieces
That gives you the option to use different products across the wedding weekend instead of giving everyone the same thing.
Personal touches
Depending on the design and product, embroidery can include more than the main front artwork.
Options may include:
Wedding dates · Initials · Locations · Names · Short phrases · Side embroidery · Back embroidery
Additional embroidery locations or individualized personalization may require separate pricing.
Tell me what you're thinking and I can figure out the best way to set it up.
How wedding orders work
1. Tell me about the event
Send the date, products you're considering and any artwork or inspiration you already have.
2. Choose the products
If you're unsure which hats or other items fit the wedding, I can help narrow them down based on your style, colors and budget.
3. Artwork & digitizing
I'll prepare your existing design for embroidery or create artwork for you if you're starting from scratch.
4. Review the details
Products, colors, quantities, artwork, spelling, dates and embroidery placements are confirmed before production.
5. Production & shipping
Most custom orders take about 2 weeks of production time before shipping. Larger or more involved wedding orders may take longer. Sometimes the production schedule allows a closer deadline, but that should be confirmed before ordering.
Shipping time is separate from production time.
If your wedding or trip has a firm date, include it when you contact me.
Planning something and don't know where to start?
You don't need to know which hat, font, thread color or embroidery setup you want before reaching out.
Tell me about the wedding, where it's happening, who the pieces are for, roughly how many you need and the look you're going for.
I'll help narrow down the products, artwork and embroidery from there.
